5-Year Limited Warranty

Modern Office Branded Chairs are warranted for 5 years from date of purchase against broken parts. Replacement parts will be sent to the original customer at no charge within the 48 contiguous states. Customer is responsible for assembly.

Warranty Limitations are as follows:

• 5 years on component parts including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters

• Warranty does not cover wear and tear.

• Warranty does not cover labor, damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration or modification, accident, fire, flood, vandalism, theft, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Modern Office. This warranty is not to be construed as an insurance policy.

• Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage. Normal rate of usage and weight capacities are defined in the product description of the specific chair (ie: ANSI/BIFMA chairs, Big & Tall Chairs, 4-6 Hour Chairs, 24 Hour Chairs).

Liability for incidental or consequential damaged is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product.
