Limited Warranty
InStockChairs.com (ISC) Branded Chairs are warranted for 5 years from date of purchase against broken parts. Replacement parts will be sent to the original customer at no charge within the 48 contiguous states. The customer is responsible for assembly.
What is covered:
5 years coverage on component parts including pneumatic cylinders, control mechanisms, chair bases, headrests and casters.Warranty limitations:
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, which is expected over the course of ownership. Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use.
Armrests are not covered by the warranty as any deterioration is caused by wear and tear.
Leather is not covered by warranty as any deterioration is caused by wear and tear
Warranty does not cover labor, damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration or modification, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Modern Office.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for usage within the recommended ratings of that specific chair. Normal rate of usage and weight capacities are defined in the product description of the specific chair (ie: ANSI/BIFMA chairs, Big & Tall Chairs, 4-6 Hour Chairs, 24 Hour Chairs).
Liability for incidental or consequential damage is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. It is the customer's responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to Modern Office.
